- BEGINNERS special forms of warm up and development of coordination, basic exercise for cultivation of vital body energy (qi), the first part of taijiquan 40 style Yang practice ---- INTERMEDIATE the other part of taijiquan 40 - style Yang practice, bilt-up to stress the health effects and free flow of qi

- praktické cvičení, docházka - kdo nechodí a necvičí brzy nestíhá!!! Zápočet je za docházku: 1x možná absence 2x nemoc, neschopenka od lékaře 3x je možné docházku nahradit ve zkouškovém období Požaduje se 50% přímá účast na výuce oficiálně, ale kdo nechodí NESTÍHÁ !!! Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
